Collaboration means to work with someone else and share your thoughts and ideas with that person so that the work or project is made neater, faster, and more enjoyable.
The reason that DRSS emphasizes collaboration is because you have to use collaboration when you work with someone else and to help each other in the project.
I used collaboration in my Balance and Emphasis Project. I used it in my Balance and Emphasis project because I talked with others to find ideas that could make my collage look a little more professional. After that, I got in a group with others in class and shared my collage with them so they could see how finished my collage looked. I wrote helpful notes to my team mates so they could make their collages look professional too. We had to sit down together and give suggestions as to what we could use in different areas of the project.
I grew in collaboration because I learned to work together in a group and help my teammates.
